The Federation shall be the supreme leading organization of the Wushu Movement in Negara Brunei Darussalam.

Its aims and objects shall be:-

- To be loyal to His Majesty the Sultan and to comply with the law and policy of Negara Brunei Darussalam.
- To foster friendly relationship and harmony and further the interest of all members.
- To promote the martial-arts spirit with its chivalrous implications and the culture related to Wushu.
- To promote, organize and absolutely control the Chinese Martial-Arts, Acrobatics and all the other activities related to the Wushu Movement including Dragon and Lion movement in Negara Brunei Darussalam.
- To organize and govern all examinations and tournaments related to Wushu in Negara Brunei Darussalam.
- To promote and safeguard the Wushu Movement with a view to fostering the physical and mental health of and inculcating patriotism in the people of Negara Brunei Darussalam.
- To seek affiliation to the Negara Brunei Darussalam National Olympic Council, the International Wushu Federation and the Asia Wushu Federation and such other related organizations.
